This fantasy-adventure film follows a group of teens, who on Christmas Eve, is transported to the world of Magikland. There, they need to defeat a long-time enemy that has a dream to destroy the realm of magic. The plot is about heroism and engaging real world scenarios to solve the mysteries of jagged pieces of evil to save the humanity of all.
Tanging Yaman (2000)
The story centers on the family matriarch, and her three adult children who are separated by distance, class, and past conflicts. As Christmas approaches, the protagonist’s illness becomes the catalyst for the family to confront old rivalries and disputes. It is a perfect portrayal of how the holidays can rediscover what truly matters in a familial connection.
